Students of TUMa shall therefore be required to dress and keep themselves in a neat and tidy manner all the time within and outside the college as directed by this Code. Indecent Dress for Female: A dress of whatever design which does not cover sensitive parts of the body above the knees, stomach, chest, waist or/ and back; being a trouser of whatever design or style, skin tights or/and with transparent material; being a dress or skirt which is too tight and/ or with larger opening or slits showing the body above the knees. Indecent Dress for Male: A dress of whatever design which does not cover sensitive parts of the body above the knees, chest, stomach, waist, armpits; being a short trouser of whatever design or style; being a trouser which is so tight and /or loosely hanging below the waist. Welcome | Stefano Moshi Memorial University | SMMUCo The Stefano Moshi Memorial University College (SMMUCo) is one of the Five constituent colleges of Tumaini University Makumira; other colleges of TUMA are: Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College (KCM - College), TUMA Dar es Salaam College (TUMA-DARCo),Josiah Kibira University College (TUMA-JoKUCo) and TUMA Mbeya Teaching Center(TUMA-MBEYA). The University College has been developed from the Masoka Management Training Institute (MMTI) and Mwika Lutheran Bible College (LBC). It belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania - Northern Diocese and it is a Multi Campus University College. Currently SMMUCo has a campus in Masoka, Mwika and Moshi Town. Masoka Campus is currently serving as the main Campus of SMMUCo. Projected campuses are Machame, Siha and Karatu. SMMUCo has been granted: ·   Certificate of Full Registration (CFR) issued by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU); ·   Charter of Incorporation issued by The United Republic of Tanzania; ·   Exemption from the National Board of Accountancy and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA) to its Accounting programmes.
